铁氟龙/特氟龙

Teflon Sheet是把氟塑料PTFE(PolyTetraFluoroEthylene)旋切成薄膜的产品. Teflon Sheet是LCD, PDP, OLED等模组工艺中利用ACF(异方性导电胶膜，Anisotropic Conductive Film)压焊驱动IC和Glass Panel时从Heating Tool保护TCP和Glass Panel，同时导热至ACF的缓冲薄膜.PTFE有着优越的非粘着性，耐热性及低温内结构(-270℃~290℃)，同时化学性能稳定几乎没不和其他化学物产生化学反应，所以也广泛应用于其他行业 　　

Thickness control Method􀂄The thickness measurements and controls are made using a dual-head non-contact type laser displacement sensor,􀂄which is continuously scans the sheet. The measurements are acquired and analyzed by custom software.􀂄As the sheet is being measured, it is continually compared against pre-assigned levels of control, warning and danger.􀂄Thickness control signals are transmitted back to the skiving process to continually monitor and control the thickness of the sheet.􀂄The system caters for variations in control loop responsiveness,by means of a number of engineering level configuration parameters.􀂄PTFE Thickness Tolerance􀂄We can strictly control our thickness tolerance as good as±0.003㎛.􀂄With this thickness tolerance, we have been satisfying all of our customers in LCD and semi-conductor industry for more than 7 years
