ACF去除液/ACF除去液/ACF Remover

G-430 is a remover and cleaner of epoxy resin adhesives, especially ACF(Anisotropic Conductive Film). Recently, ACF is being extended its application related to electrical parts’field. Just by dropping small portion of G-430 over well-thermoset ACF, it can penetrate and remove those ACF(or any resin adhesives) at room temperature in shorts time. Not only just remove ACF ,but also melamine, urethane, or epoxy’s thermosetting resin can be easily removed by G-430 which was developed for the purpose with own techniques.



★Appearance
1) Specific Gravity : 1.25
2) Inflammability : None
3) Boiling point : 45℃
4) Ignition point : 470℃
5) PH : 2 ~ 3 ( 1% )
6) Appearance : Clear liquid with no-color
7) Vapour density : 2.9 ( Air = 1)

★Application
- Consistency : Use as undiluted.
- Temperature : Use at a room temperature
- Suitable material for tank : PP. PE or SUS




(1) Apply desired amount of G-430 to where ACF residue remains after removing FPC.
(2) Allowing it to sit for 1 to 5 minutes, depending on ACF harden-level and epoxy type
(By rubbing ACF residue with cotton stick, the cleaning time will be reduced definitely)
(3) Wipe away the ACF fragment with clean fabrics or etc. Then clean with acetone or isopropyl alcohol



★Caution & Warnings
1) Poison : G-430 is not toxic but may cause inflammation.
2) First-aid : In case of direct contact with skin or eyes, wash throughly with water and see a doctor immediately.
3) Warnings :
- Wear protective clothing such as gloves, mask and cloth.
- In summer time, alway open the case slowly as there are some toxic gas might be created inside of it.
- Always tightly seal up the case after use and store it in a cool and dark place.
- Always ventilate the place after use.
- Even though G-430 does not contain any restricted harmful substance, no not drain left-overs directly though waterway.
Dispose the product in accordance with the environmental protection regulation for the substances such as BOD, Grease, SS and PH.
