玻镁防火板

玻镁平板（俗称氧化镁板）是以氧化镁，氯化镁，和水三元体系，经配置和加改性剂而制成的，性能稳定的镁质胶凝材料，以中碱性玻纤网为增强材料，以轻质材料为填充物复合而成的新型不燃性装饰材料。 采用特殊生产工艺加工而成，具有防火、防水、无味、无毒、不冻、不腐、不裂、不变形、不燃、高强质轻、施工方便、使用寿命长等特点，在全国同类产品中有复合的特殊性能。

1、性能

防火板（别名：玻镁板、轻钙板、镁矿板、硅酸钙板）是以不燃材料氯氧镁、氧化镁、耐碱玻纤布、木屑等为主要材料，用特殊生产工艺经全套自动化流水线设备加工而成。具有环保、无味、无毒、不燃无烟、高强质轻、隔音保温、防水防火、不冻不腐、胀缩率极微而不裂、不变形等多项优点。

2、应用

玻镁板广泛应用于宾馆、商场、酒楼、夜总会、银行、医院、超市、写字楼及家用住宅等多种内部装修的隔墙、吊顶。它完全适应隔热保温结构，隔音墙体、活动隔墙、特级防火、防火门内夹板、设备箱体外包装等区域。

3、存放

防火板可以抵抗恶劣天气，但为保持使用时的干燥，建议请用户最好在室内储存，地面要求平整或垫木板。

4、加工

防火板可以手锯、电锯、也可用美工刀直尺划痕折断。可以用铁钉、自攻螺丝、射钉枪或钻孔后固定。

5、装饰

防火板面可贴墙纸、红白榉木皮、刷涂料、油漆、贴瓷砖、马赛克等。



注意：在贴瓷砖马赛克时应在板面上加固一张钢丝网。用水泥砂浆刮糙后粘贴。

Magnesium oxide board can be cut by handy saw or chainsaw, or broken by knife straightedge. And it also can be bored a hole by iron nail, tapping screw or nail gun and then fasten it.

5. Decorative

MgO board may face wallpaper paste, red and white beech veneer, paint brush, paint, paste tiles, mosaics etc.


Note: You should reinforce a steel wire on the surface of Mosaic tiles when fixing them on the wall and make sure that it feels roughness with the cement.
